The School of Business
The School of Business of Mid-America Christian University offers undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Multi-Disciplinary Degrees that prepare generalists for entry into a wide spectrum of business-related careers. Business students at Mid-America Christian University receive a well-rounded education in Bible/Theology and general education courses that provide sound preparation for a lifetime of career success and service to the community.
Program Highlights:
- The School of Business provides courses that prepare students to serve as business administrators and decision-makers in a variety of organizations including business and non-profit organizations.
- Business students learn to integrate faith and learning through classes in Bible/Theology, chapel attendance, prayer in the classroom and business courses taught by instructors with a Christian perspective.
- Graduates of the School of Business are successful in numerous fields including but not limited to banking, sales, small business ownership, management, human resources, education, and full-time ministry.
- Business students at Mid-America Christian University have the opportunity to serve the community through the Christian Service Program that all students in the university take part in as part of their graduation requirements. Practical experience and business networking opportunities are gained through service projects to the Mid-America Christian University community and off-campus.
- Mid-America Christian University has multidisciplinary programs with Business as one major and a second major of the student’s choice including English, Christian Ministries, Behavioral Science, and Music.
- The Business Administration Program provides prerequisite courses required by graduate business schools for acceptance into graduate business programs. Mid-America Christian University graduates have gone on to complete graduate programs in business and management at various universities.
