Student Health Insurance
At the time of enrollment each semester, students are required to sign a waiver of medical responsibility. This waiver states that the student is covered by either personal or parental medical insurance, and is solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred while a student at MACU.
Students who have no medical coverage are required to enroll in a health insurance program (enrollment forms are available in the Student Affairs Office). Students in this insurance program will be billed directly by the insuring company, and payment of all premiums is the responsibility of the student.
