How can I get my transcript?
You must send a request by fax or mail.
It must have a legal, written signature.
It should state where the transcript is to be mailed and whether it needs to be official.
Include a current phone number and address.
Include your social security number.
Women should include their maiden name.

How long will it take?
Most transcript requests are filled within 36 hours. If you
need immediate attention, please say so on the request.
How much does it cost?
By mail and filled within a week = $3.00
At the window and filled within a week = $3.00
At the window to be filled immediately = $5.00
By fax and mailed = $5.00
By fax to be returned immediately by fax with
an official copy mailed = $7.00

How shall I make my payment?
You may mail your check or money order to the Registrar’s
Office. Please note that it is for a transcript.
Is there any reason a transcript will be denied?
An official transcript can be denied for a defaulted student
loan or an outstanding school bill.
May I request an unofficial transcript?
Yes, everyone may have an unofficial transcript. There is no
charge for an unofficial transcript for "in house"
advisement. Unofficial transcripts to be sent to other
parties will be charged as stated above.
May I e-mail a request?
No, a transcript is an educational record covered by the
Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (click
to read about the FERPA). We must have a
legal signature and be able to determine its authenticity.
We do not have that capability through e-mail at this time.
