Completing your Entrance Counseling

Every student at MACU must complete Entrance Counseling before being able to receive any Federal Funding, please go to the following document and complete this form as instructed.  Make sure to ACCEPT or DECLINE the entrance counseling statements provided.  When completed you may electronically submit this form to your personal financial counselor, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
