Focusing on “Training Leaders to Train Leaders” this program combines key elements from graduate degrees in adult education and leadership. It is specifically designed for church leaders, pastors and staff ministers. This program will allow you to not only focus on developing your leadership skills but also to develop the leaders in your current ministry or work setting in the process of completing your assignments. Admission Requirements
To enroll in the Master of Leadership, applicants must have:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher learning institution.
- Access to the Internet.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to complete the program.
Along with the completed application and this form, Admission requirements include:
- Official transcripts from your B.A. college
- Official test results from one of the following:
- Miller Analogy Test
Or
- Student Diagnostic Instrument
- Two letters of recommendation.
- 2.75 GPA in the last 60 hours of coursework.
- Application fee of $100 (non-refundable); may be billed with 1st semester.
