MACU’s accelerated management program offers the knowledge and skills of faculty with real-world business experience to prepare students who desire to work in management and leadership positions. This degree also provides a solid foundation for students interested in pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. An MBA often allows the manager greater opportunities for advancement and an improved salary.
According to the Monthly Labor Review, management of companies and enterprises will grow by about 15 percent between 2006 and 2014 with job openings from both employment growth and replacement.
The focus of the MACU Management and Ethics program is on application, not just theory. Mid-America instructors are professionals in their field with academic credentials, who teach from a Christian world-view with a strong emphasis on ethical decision-making.
