How are you preparing for Christmas?
For many of us we have the logistics down – we know where to be, when to be there, and how to act –, but the “reason for the season” can often get lost in the rush of holidays. This year, however, we want to help everyone slow down a bit and be intentional in preparing their hearts for the birth of Jesus.
Beginning Sunday, November 28th, we will begin making available our 2021 Advent Devotional. It will include four weeks of readings, prayers, reflections, and lessons on the traditional Advent themes of Hope (Nov. 28-Dec. 4), Love (Dec. 5-11), Joy (Dec. 12-18), and Peace (Dec. 19-24). Many of these devotions have been written and compiled by MACU faculty and staff with you and your families in mind, so we hope you will come alongside and worship with us as we prepare our hearts for Christmas.
