International Student Admission Process
Whether you’re applying as a first-time college student or transferring from another school, we’ve made the process clear and straightforward.
Traditional Students
To begin your application as a traditional international student, please prepare the following:
- Completed application
- Clear copy of your passport
- English proficiency exam results
- TOEFL 73 or Duolingo 95
- ACT or SAT score, and/or a letter showing your high school class rank (required if you have fewer than 24 credit hours)
- Transcripts evaluated through InCred
- Signed Statement of Understanding
- $500 international deposit
- Signed CFR + Bank Statements
Transfer Students
If you’re transferring to MACU from another institution, you’ll need:
- Completed application
- Clear copy of your passport
- Official transcripts
- Signed Statement of Understanding
- Transfer Release Form
- $500 international deposit
- Signed CFR + Bank Statements
After You’re Accepted
Important Next Steps
Once you are accepted to MACU, the following items are required:
- Financial documents
- Registration agreement
- Half of the student’s balance
These must be submitted 30 days prior to the start term.
