Mid-America Christian University (MACU) announces the appointment of Jenn Randall to Vice President of Enrollment Management and the President’s Cabinet, effective August 1, 2026, bringing more than 18 years of higher education leadership to the executive team.
Randall’s elevated leadership role represents a strategic step forward in MACU’s mission to unify the enrollment experience. By aligning recruitment, admissions, digital marketing, and enrollment operations into a cohesive strategy, the University aims to offer students a frictionless transition from their first point of contact through degree completion.
“Jenn brings a rare and powerful combination of technical expertise, operational excellence, and genuine care for our students,” President Greenwald shared. “Her vision for enrollment goes far beyond enrollment figures; it is rooted in creating an integrated pipeline where every student feels known, supported, and equipped to fulfill God’s calling. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Cabinet as she leads this critical effort.”
Since rejoining MACU in 2022 as Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management, Randall has spearheaded the modernization of the University’s accelerated and online enrollment operations. Her leadership in optimizing MACU’s Salesforce CRM strategy and streamlining admissions workflows has significantly enhanced the prospective student experience.
Randall’s background uniquely prepares her to bridge technology and human-centered support. Prior to rejoining MACU, she served as a Data Integration and Implementation Specialist at Enrollment Rx, consulting with colleges and universities nationwide to build modern enrollment systems. Earlier in her career, she served MACU from 2008 to 2012 as Director of Operations and Support Services, giving her both historical perspective and a forward-looking vision for the institution.

Randall’s connection to MACU runs deep both professionally and personally. She earned two degrees from the University—a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Ethics and a Master of Science in Counseling—alongside a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and plans to begin doctoral studies in Higher Education in Spring 2027. Her family also shares tight ties with MACU: her daughter, Caitlyn, graduated from the University in 2026, and her son, Jacob, continues his education journey as a rising college junior this fall.
