Master of Business Administration

Mid-America Christian University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an AI-Enabled Management emphasis equips MBA students to engage with intelligent technologies in business. Students learn how to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools into key organizational functions for strategic planning, operational optimization, and process and workflow improvement without coding. 

The emphasis builds strong AI literacy, emphasizing human and AI collaboration, responsible governance, and the ethical use of AI and big data. Learners explore how to design organizational systems, structures, and culture needed to support and scale AI across industries. Through hands-on projects with AI applications, students graduate prepared to drive innovation and guide their organizations through technology-enabled transformation.
