Tickets Available for MACU’s Annual Dream Scholarship Gala

Mid-America Christian University will hold its seventh annual Dream Scholarship Gala at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, at the Petroleum Club in downtown Oklahoma City.

The university’s fifth president, Rev. Phil Greenwald, will serve as the keynote speaker for the evening. The gala also includes special music and testimonials from students and alumni.

Held every fall, the Dream Gala benefits MACU’s Evangel Fund, providing necessary dollars for student scholarships. Since the first Dream Gala in 2016, the event has raised more than $740,000 in student scholarships.

“The generosity of our donors, alumni and friends ensures that MACU students are not held back by financial constraints when pursuing an education,” said Rev. Steve Seaton, Vice President of University Advancement. “Scholarships help our students remain inspired to not only follow their personal dreams, but the vision God has for their lives.”

Tickets for the Dream Scholarship Gala are on sale now and available for purchase online at dreamgala.macu.edu for $200 per ticket. A limited number of sponsorship opportunities for individuals and businesses are also available.

One hundred percent of funds raised will go toward MACU’s Evangel Fund, the university’s annual fund for student scholarships.
